Refund and Returns Policy

At BlueRed Automation, we aim to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return or refund according to the policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories included.
  • A proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Products that are damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or physical damage after delivery may not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to incorrect installation
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Items returned after the return period

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If your refund is approved:

  • The refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective or damaged product, you may request a replacement within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team.

Return Shipping

Customers may be required to bear the return shipping cost unless the product is defective or incorrect.
